About the role
The FX Front Office Support role provides essential assistance to the foreign exchange trading desk, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues. This on‑site position is based in Putrajaya and works closely with front‑office teams.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day‑to‑day support for FX front‑office activities.
- Assist traders and analysts with trade‑related queries and system incidents.
- Apply ITIL processes to log, prioritize, and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal IT and operations teams to maintain service quality.
Required profile
- Experience in FX support or a similar front‑office environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident‑management procedures.
- Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced banking setting.
