Finance Internship – Invoice to Cash

About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience in the Invoice to Cash (ITC) process within a dynamic finance team. You will support daily ITC operations, contribute to KPI reporting, and assist with audit documentation and customer reconciliations.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily Invoice to Cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and update ITC KPI reports for internal stakeholders.
• Generate audit documents and year‑end reports as required.
• Perform customer reconciliations in response to auditor or client requests.
• Provide high‑quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with ad‑hoc finance tasks and support other business units as needed.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Available for a six‑month internship.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Demonstrated maturity, independence and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work on‑site at Mercu Aspire, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
