FHS End-to-End Operations Modeller

About the role

The FHS End-to-End Operations Modeller will work within Airbus Flight Hours Services (FHS) in Putrajaya, supporting the Shelf‑to‑Shelf (S2S) performance cycle and transversal improvement projects across FHS operations.

Key responsibilities

• Map and maintain the end‑to‑end S2S process, identifying critical dependencies between transport, repair management, warehouse and COD.
• Perform Value Stream Mapping to locate lead‑time blockages and act as the primary point of contact to resolve “stuck” S2S execution orders.
• Drive the implementation of S2S improvement initiatives, ensuring all operations departments adopt new workflows.
• Monitor open‑loop S2S transactions, conduct deep‑dive backlog analysis and present KPI performance in local review meetings.
• Define and manage dashboard upgrades with the QLIK development team.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, document improved processes and deliver training to ensure adoption.

Required profile

• Strong awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
• Experience in end‑to‑end operations modelling and cross‑functional coordination.
• Ability to lead process‑improvement projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
