Facilities Technician – Contract (On-site)

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Technician on a contract basis to join our team at QES Group of Companies in Batu Kawan, Penang. The role focuses on maintaining the building facilities, utilities and clean‑room environments that support our cutting‑edge semiconductor operations. The contract is temporary and the role requires on‑site presence throughout the assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of building facilities, utilities and clean‑room areas to verify they are operating correctly.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues to ensure continuous operation.
• Support the smooth functioning of the facility in a high‑technology semiconductor environment.

Required profile

• Ability to conduct regular inspections of facilities and utilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in an on‑site environment.
