About the role

We are seeking a proactive Fabrication Supervisor to lead our production team in Pasir Gudang. The role involves overseeing the fabrication process, ensuring compliance with specifications, and delivering projects on schedule within a five‑day work week.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the fabrication team.
• Monitor production processes to guarantee adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure that all fabrication tasks are completed within the planned schedule.
• Collaborate with planning and engineering departments to align work orders and resolve issues.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing company safety policies.
• Track material usage and report progress to management.

Required profile

• Experience supervising fabrication or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with cross‑functional teams.
