Experienced Associate – Full‑Stack Developer

About the role

PwC is looking for an Experienced Associate to join its Software Development team in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on designing, building and supporting enterprise‑grade full‑stack solutions that power PwC’s Managed Services and internal platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy full‑stack applications using .NET/.NET Core and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs supporting multi‑tier and micro‑services architectures.
• Create responsive front‑end components with Angular or React.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
• Collaborate with business analysts, infrastructure, DevOps and support teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Provide L2/L3 application support and troubleshoot production issues.
• Review code and mentor junior developers, raising overall team quality.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies, including cloud services, automation and emerging GenAI tools.

Required profile

• Recognised university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 2‑4 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Professional maturity suitable for a senior‑associate level.
