About the role
Join Akademi Memandu Permas Jaya as a Driving Instructor and help learners acquire safe driving skills. You will deliver practical lessons, monitor progress, and ensure each student meets the required standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct one‑on‑one driving lessons for learners of various skill levels.
- Assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate training records.
- Ensure all sessions comply with road safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to individual needs.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve instructional quality.
Required profile
- Valid driving instructor license issued by the relevant authority.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety.
- Willingness to start as a Runner during an evaluation period, with confirmation based on performance.
