Digital Content Writer II – Legal Editorial

About the role

The Digital Content Writer II (Legal Editor) ensures the integrity, relevance and timeliness of legal editorial content across multiple publications. Working closely with authors, freelancers and internal teams, the role supports the publishing schedule while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, edit and organise legal content to ensure accuracy, currency and accessibility.
• Manage the publishing schedule for all formats and implement product enhancements.
• Negotiate contracts, support authors and freelancers, and ensure on‑time delivery of manuscripts.
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers to drive continuous product development.
• Identify and implement process improvements to achieve best‑practice publishing.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in law practice or strong awareness of legal developments is an advantage.
• Demonstrated legal research skills and superior reading comprehension.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Commercial awareness and familiarity with publishing workflows.
