About the role
The Data Scientist will work hands‑on to transform behavioural and transactional data into predictive models that enhance customer value, reduce churn and support overall business strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse behavioural and transactional datasets to uncover patterns.
- Build and validate predictive models aimed at improving customer value and reducing churn.
- Translate model outcomes into actionable insights for business strategy.
