About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our manufacturing team in Penang. You will act as the primary point of contact for multinational customers across EMEA and the US, delivering high‑quality service and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day support to global customers, handling inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical and logistical matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑up actions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
