About the role
The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) will join Teleperformance’s on‑site team in Kuala Lumpur to handle customer inquiries and concerns during permanent night‑shift hours. The role focuses on delivering a world‑class experience to English‑speaking customers.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests and concerns via phone, chat or email.
- Provide world‑class customer experience in English during night‑shift hours.
- Document interactions and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
