Customer Service – Mandarin (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Mandarin and English speaker to join our customer service team in Kuala Lumpur on an immediate basis. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt and courteous assistance to our diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email in Mandarin and English.
• Resolve issues, process requests, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets, including call handling time and quality scores.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to address complex cases.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to start work immediately.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
