About the role

The Customer Service Executive will act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking credit reports and risk data. You will ensure queries are addressed promptly, issues are resolved efficiently, and findings are communicated clearly.

• Assist clients in accessing and interpreting credit reports and risk information.
• Investigate and resolve client issues related to data accuracy or delivery.
• Provide clear explanations of findings and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
