Clinic Assistant – Customer Relationship Management

About the role

The Clinic Assistant will support daily operations at a premium healthcare clinic while managing patient interactions through a customer relationship management (CRM) system. This on‑site, full‑time position blends administrative duties with basic medical support to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Use the clinic’s CRM platform to record appointments, update patient records, and track follow‑up actions.
• Assist medical staff with routine tasks such as preparing examination rooms and handling basic medical supplies.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage the clinic’s daily calendar.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
