Client Success Specialist (Korean)

About the role

Axi, a global broker of margin and deliverable foreign exchange, CFDs and financial spread betting, is looking for a Client Success Specialist based in Malaysia. The role represents Axi in its Client Success function, supporting client outcomes, retention and long-term value through tailored support, practical insights and solution-focused guidance. Only candidates with the right rights and documentation to work in Malaysia will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, multi-channel support to clients, handling enquiries and issues accurately and professionally.
• Tailor support to defined client segments (standard/premium traders and partners).
• Support client retention with accurate guidance and practical insights within scope and approved processes.
• Share trends and observations with internal teams and escalate recurring issues so that product and IT roadmaps can be improved.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and support operational and market expansion.
• Follow the CX Charter, policies, procedures, quality standards and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.
• Handle escalations professionally, document them accurately and resolve them within agreed timeframes.
• Carry out layer-1 trade investigations and validations, and escalate complex matters to senior managers with complete information.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, client support, relationship management or a similar customer-facing role.
• Native or fluent Korean with good English communication skills.
• Enjoys talking to customers, understanding their needs and helping resolve their concerns.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
