Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Kuala Lumpur

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance function in Kuala Lumpur. The CFO will be responsible for driving financial stewardship, strengthening governance frameworks, and supporting long‑term value creation for shareholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities.
• Develop and enforce robust governance and risk‑management policies.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership and the board.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
• Lead the finance team to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior finance leadership, preferably as CFO or Finance Director.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles and regulatory environments.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
