Business Analyst – Overhead Costs Controller

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Business Analyst to lead overhead cost planning, budgeting and controlling for its operations in Bayan Lepas. The role combines financial analysis, risk assessment and project cost management to support efficient business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, control and report on overhead cost centers.
• Identify and analyse business risks and propose improvement solutions.
• Manage project system budgeting and cost control.
• Verify purchase requisitions and monitor company spending.
• Ensure timely period‑end closing.
• Calculate and manage development project costs.
• Support monthly overhead controlling reviews and meetings.
• Prepare and submit monthly business reports and forecasts.
• Generate debit/credit notes for internal units.
• Act as key user for overhead controlling and maintain cost centers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in overhead cost planning, budgeting and controlling.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially Costing and Controlling modules.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office applications.
