About the role
The BIM Modeler will create and maintain CAD and Revit BIM models for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) projects, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and supporting project deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Produce 2D drawings and 3D BIM Revit models for MEP works.
- Prepare and update 3D BIM models for CSD submissions and coordinate with engineers.
- Maintain records of models, drawings, clash reports, RFIs and BIM registers according to ISO standards.
- Participate in CSD coordination meetings, define issues and follow up on model updates.
- Support the project team with BIM‑based presentations and related activities.
- Report progress regularly to the Project Manager and work under the supervision of the BIM Manager.
Required profile
- Ability to work under the BIM Manager’s supervision and follow assigned tasks.
- Proactive in knowledge sharing and collaborative team spirit.
- Regular reporting of progress to the Project Manager.
