About the role
Join PwC’s Indirect Tax practice as an Associate, helping clients navigate complex VAT, GST, SST and customs duties across local and international jurisdictions. You will work on compliance, risk mitigation and strategic tax projects that optimise cash flow and reduce exposure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on indirect tax matters, including VAT, SST, customs duties and related taxes.
- Prepare and review indirect tax returns and compliance documentation.
- Identify tax risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risk and capture savings.
- Conduct SST research and produce reports and advisory notes.
- Support day‑to‑day administration of client portfolios.
Required profile
- Recognised degree in Economics, Finance or a related field, or a professional accounting qualification.
- 1‑2 years of experience working with SST or other indirect tax implementations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret tax legislation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
