About the role

The Associate II Accounting & Reporting role supports finance and accounting activities within a shared services environment, focusing on transaction processing, reconciliations, and period‑end close.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close support, including journal entries, accruals, provisions and adjustments.
  • Prepare balance‑sheet reconciliations, supporting documentation and basic P&L variance analysis.
  • Assist internal and external audit requests by preparing schedules, documentation and following up on queries.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and regions, ensuring compliance with SOPs and audit evidence.

Required profile

  • 1‑2 years of general finance, accounting or Record‑to‑Report experience.
  • Ability to work independently on routine tasks while seeking guidance for complex issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing audit‑ready work.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in SAP or another ERP system.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel for reconciliation, analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with IFRS and basic accounting principles.
