About the role
Mastercard is looking for an Analyst, Business Improvement to join its Business Process Improvement Team. The role focuses on managing the Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) process for third‑party and contingent‑worker contracts, ensuring smooth onboarding, invoicing, and payments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage contractual operations through the P2P process.
- Interface with business units and suppliers to clarify delivery requirements.
- Execute onboarding of contingent workers and third‑party agreements using Workday, Coupa, and Oracle.
- Classify contracts according to the new Contingent Worker taxonomy.
- Enter and maintain worker profiles in Workday.
- Prepare Statements of Work and support vendor onboarding for Advisors Delivery and The Source integration.
- Receive, track, and document invoices; process vendor payments.
- Coordinate communication with vendors and provide additional contractual and administrative support as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years of procurement experience with knowledge of service contracts.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with Workday, Coupa and Oracle is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
