About the role

The Administration Specialist will support day‑to‑day office operations and provide essential assistance to executive staff. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to start a career in a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
