About the role

The Admin Assistant will support the daily operations of M‑Link System by handling sales, promotion and inventory reporting. Working on‑site in Petaling Jaya, the role ensures accurate data collection, consolidates information from various sources, and delivers timely business metrics to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Prepare daily and monthly sales reports, summarising revenue figures and trends.
Compile promotion performance data and generate related reports.
Track inventory levels, produce inventory tracking reports and highlight discrepancies.
Monitor program progress and maintain program‑tracking documentation.
Assist in preparing marketing claim documentation and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.

Required profile

Detail‑oriented individual with strong numerical accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks under tight deadlines.
Good written communication skills for preparing clear and concise reports.
