Retail Manager – Jewellery (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to lead our high‑end jewellery and fashion accessories stores across Malaysia. The role focuses on driving sales, managing multi‑store teams, and upholding premium visual standards while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Set and allocate sales targets for each specialty store, ensuring regional goals are met or exceeded.
• Recruit, schedule, and train store managers and staff, delivering sales techniques and supervisory coaching.
• Implement standardized operational protocols, maintain meticulous store presentation, visual merchandising, and brand consistency.
• Partner with upper management to design and execute localized promotional and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee inventory security, financial compliance, accounts receivable collections, and asset protection for all outlets.
• Report market trends, sales variances, and operational updates to senior leadership, ensuring adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of multi‑store sales management experience in jewellery, fashion/apparel, or cosmetics chains.
• Strong business acumen, market awareness, and proven ability to integrate resources and develop business.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse retail teams.
• Fluent spoken Chinese and proficient English, with basic Chinese writing skills for headquarters liaison.
