About the role
The Growth Analyst, Pay Per Hire, will support the recruitment function by managing, analysing and reporting data to drive better hiring outcomes. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to turn data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain hiring data sets.
- Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and patterns.
- Produce regular reports on hiring metrics.
- Provide insights to improve pay‑per‑hire strategies.
