Sr. Associate I, Regulatory Affairs Strategy (Korean Speaker)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate I to support Regulatory Affairs Strategy, focusing on product registration, lifecycle management and regulatory compliance. The role requires fluency in English and Korean and will support the team in Selangor.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product registration, re‑registration, change notifications and related license applications.
• Manage product lifecycle activities such as labeling changes, new regulation assessments, CPDS preparation and promotional material reviews.
• Coordinate administrative tasks including project and metric management, license archiving, invoice and payment tracking, and operational support.
• Provide regulatory support to local teams, assist with newcomer onboarding, and handle ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Science or a related scientific discipline.
• Fluent oral and written English and Korean.
• 1‑2 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a fresh graduate with relevant academic background.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, independence and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
