Senior Project Manager, Global Fulfillment

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Global Fulfillment portfolio, which includes sponsor‑engagement products such as Annual Progress Reports, Christmas Cards, and Child Expression Worksheets. The role is fully remote and reports to senior leadership, ensuring that all deliverables meet global quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery, governance, and strategic programme management of global sponsor‑engagement products.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, decision registers, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, facilitate workshops, and resolve delivery issues.
• Manage commercial and vendor activities, including RFPs, SOWs, contracts, SLA monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Oversee programme budgets, forecasting, invoice management, and financial reporting.
• Identify operational efficiencies, drive continuous improvement, and manage strategic risks.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on progress, risks, and financial performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in project and programme management, preferably in a global or nonprofit context.
• Strong background in vendor management, procurement processes, and contract administration.
• Demonstrated financial stewardship with experience managing budgets and forecasts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead cross‑functional teams remotely.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
