Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer

About the role

As a senior member of Mastercard's Global Network Operations team, you will provide Level 2+ support to the Operations Command Center (OCC) within a global follow‑the‑sun model. You will manage incident and problem queues, conduct deep‑dive root‑cause analyses, and help improve network reliability for critical payment services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Tier II+ network support for the OCC, handling incidents, problems, and on‑call duties.
• Support major projects with a focus on network operations and infrastructure changes.
• Perform proactive network analysis to maintain optimal performance and integrity.
• Create and maintain documentation, metrics, and root‑cause analysis reports.
• Coordinate and implement network changes, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Assist in training junior staff and managing the incident ticket queue.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical solutions in a network infrastructure delivery environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities under pressure.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across global teams.
• Flexibility, self‑motivation, and willingness to adopt legacy and new technologies.
