Senior Consultant – Business Process & QA

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead engagement efforts across multiple assignments in Kuala Lumpur. The role combines business process consulting, quality assurance, and deployment activities, guiding teams from problem definition to solution delivery while providing domain expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business process consulting and QA initiatives for banking and payments projects.
• Drive problem definition, solution discovery, and execution strategies across engagements.
• Provide advisory support on test approaches, planning reviews, and client training.
• Anchor business pursuit initiatives and build in‑house capabilities.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver value‑driven consulting solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant experience in banking, payments or financial services.
• Strong analytical, communication and customer‑interfacing skills.

Required skills

• HPS PowerCARD – Merchant Acquiring and Issuing testing.
• Credit/Debit card processing and understanding of switches and scheme providers.
• Experience with POS, ATM, wallets and mobile banking solutions.
• Agile framework knowledge.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
