Production Shift Leader – Final Test

About the role

Bosch’s new semiconductor final‑testing plant in Batu Kawan is looking for an experienced Production Shift Leader to drive daily operations, ensure on‑time delivery and maintain high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of operators and technicians on the production line.
• Conduct Daily Leadership Routine (DLR) and eLPC meetings at the start of each shift.
• Run daily handshake meetings with other shifts to ensure smooth handovers.
• Monitor production flow, identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Equipment Engineers, Product Engineers and other departments to meet production needs.
• Trigger technical support when non‑conformities are detected.
• Track, analyse and report production KPIs for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Semiconductor Production or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive team environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
