About the role
We are looking for an HR Clerk to provide administrative support within the Human Resources department at Bosch Group in Bayan Lepas. The role involves handling routine HR tasks, preparing reports, and assisting with company‑wide activities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the HR team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and related documents.
- Assist in handling disciplinary matters as required.
- Manage HR stationery requests and maintain accurate records.
- Support the organization of company‑wide events and activities.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by the department.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Human Resources Management, Commerce or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of office functions and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional office etiquette.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
