Warehouse Senior Executive

About the role

The Warehouse Senior Executive will lead the daily operations of our warehouse in Batu Pahat, ensuring smooth flow of goods and accurate inventory records. This senior position reports to senior management and plays a key role in maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Manage inventory control processes to maintain accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
• Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to optimise loading and delivery schedules.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics role.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of inventory control and warehouse safety standards.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
