About the role
We are seeking dynamic individuals to lead our warehouse and production teams at our rapidly growing manufacturing facility in Serendah. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for guiding a crew of staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and meeting performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse or production staff.
- Coordinate daily activities to achieve operational efficiency.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or production setting.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
