Warehouse Manager

About the role

CTI International is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee its warehouse and inventory operations in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. The position is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on process optimisation, stock accuracy and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring smooth flow of goods and materials.
• Optimise existing processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce handling time.
• Ensure stock accuracy through regular verification and reconciliation of inventory records.
• Coordinate timely delivery of goods to customers and internal stakeholders, meeting schedule commitments.
• Lead team performance by setting targets, monitoring results and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Monitor and continuously improve warehouse workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain reliable inventory data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse activities, driving best practices and cost savings.
