Warehouse Executive

About the role

The Warehouse Executive will lead warehouse operations for a fashion retail business, ensuring efficient handling, storage and distribution of merchandise. This role is based on‑site in Kuala Lumpur and reports to senior logistics management. The role contributes to the overall supply chain performance and supports the company's commitment to delivering high‑quality fashion products to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with the fashion retail team to align stock levels with sales demand.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards within the warehouse.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading warehouse operations, preferably in a fashion retail environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Kuala Lumpur.
