About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our logistics team in Penang. The role involves supporting daily receiving and shipping activities and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This is a full‑time, on‑site position reporting to the logistics supervisor.
Key responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods, verify quantities and condition against documentation, and record them accurately in the system.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensure proper packaging, label accurately, and coordinate with carriers for timely dispatch.
- Perform routine warehouse logistics functions such as moving items to appropriate storage locations, updating inventory records, and maintaining orderliness.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following housekeeping and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a warehouse setting.
