Vice President – Specialist Sales & Commercialization (Digital Payments)

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Customer Solution Center as the Vice President responsible for specialist sales and commercialization of digital payments across Southeast Asia. You will lead a high‑performing team to accelerate tokenization, authentication and digital‑first experiences for issuers, merchants and fintech partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Mastercard’s Digital Payments team for Southeast Asia, shaping market strategy and execution.
• Drive commercialization and adoption of tokenized and authenticated payment solutions across issuers, acquirers, PSPs, fintechs and merchants.
• Identify and unlock revenue growth opportunities, focusing on approval rates, fraud reduction and checkout conversion.
• Conduct senior‑level client engagements, workshops and solutioning sessions to define use cases and position Mastercard’s value proposition.
• Lead discussions with regulators and card association bodies to ensure compliance and market alignment.
• Translate Mastercard’s global digital vision into actionable, scalable market strategies.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in digital payments, fintech or related financial services.
• Deep understanding of tokenization, authentication and digital‑first payment ecosystems in Southeast Asia.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and market adoption for payment solutions.
• Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders, regulators and cross‑functional teams.
