Vice President, Solutions Architect

About the role

The Vice President, Solutions Architect leads the Customer Solution Center (CSC) in developing and selling complex, data‑driven solutions for Mastercard’s prioritized customer segments across West SEA. Reporting to the SVP, Customer Solutions Center, South‑east Asia, the role partners closely with frontline teams to create customized value propositions that address client pain points.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and sale of complex value propositions, pulling into deals that require multi‑product, service, or platform combinations.
• Collaborate with the CSCL to assemble the right solutioning squad and ensure expertise aligns with client opportunities or RFPs.
• Partner with Account Managers and Business Development teams to quantify and articulate integrated solution value.
• Iterate with frontline teams throughout value‑proposition creation, proposal development, and solution delivery.
• Develop business requirements documents in partnership with product specialists and technical architects.
• Engage sales and solution specialists across CSCs and external partners, such as fintechs, to fill capability gaps.
• Create and proactively build market‑specific solutions by bundling Mastercard assets to address identified customer needs.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience within a solutions‑architect or product‑bundling function.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams, including sales, product, and technical specialists.
• Experience overseeing regional solution initiatives, particularly in the West SEA market.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
