About the role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Veterinary Receptionist & Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Pets Savers Veterinary Center. If you love working with dogs and cats and enjoy a dynamic clinic environment, this position is for you.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients and their pets, answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage client records.
- Assist the veterinary pharmacy by preparing and dispensing prescribed medications under supervision.
- Handle payments and maintain a tidy reception area.
Required profile
- Passion for animal care and strong customer‑service orientation.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Kajang/Bangi/Serdang.
