Transport Management Manager

About the role

The Transport Management Manager will lead the transport planning function for exports from the EMEA region to internal and external customers across APAC. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality sea‑freight services, managing logistics service providers, and ensuring risk‑controlled operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple strategic programmes across APAC.
• Manage the Transport Management team, overseeing transport planning activities for sea‑freight exports.
• Plan, organise and forecast resource needs, including recruitment and talent development.
• Collaborate on projects to optimise service delivery processes and handle cross‑functional tasks.
• Identify and fulfil internal business partner requirements to maintain high service quality.
• Maintain active communication with internal partners and take ownership of problem‑solving.
• Monitor LSP performance, feedback rates, transport reliability and track shipments to improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree in supply chain, business administration, international business or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience in logistics, transportation or international trade deliveries.
• Leadership or supervisory experience with operational teams and international liaisons.
• Familiarity with process implementation, change management and digital supply‑chain tools.
