Transport Management Executive (Level 3)

About the role

The Transport Management Executive (Level 3) will oversee inbound and outbound sea‑freight operations, ensuring shipments meet customer deadlines while optimizing costs. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the role supports process improvement, risk management, and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute outbound sea‑freight shipments, managing loading, consolidation, and de‑consolidation at internal and external sites.
• Coordinate inbound sea‑freight deliveries to EMEA sites, following site‑specific service levels.
• Monitor shipment milestones, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and resolve issues promptly.
• Assess and improve the performance of transport service providers, tracking reliability and feedback.
• Prepare, verify, and file all transport documentation, including freight accounting records and cost analyses.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (or recent graduate) in Transport Management, Business Studies, IT or related fields.
• 1‑2 years of logistics or transport experience.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain operations, distribution and warehousing processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with SAP R/3 (quality management and transport modules preferred).
