Training Executive

About the role

As a Training Executive at Lavender Confectionery & Bakery, you will champion a learning culture across our multi‑site F&B operations in Malaysia. You will design and deliver development programmes that inspire growth, enhance talent, and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training strategies that align with business objectives.
• Design, facilitate, and evaluate learning sessions for staff at all levels.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
• Maintain training records, metrics, and reporting to demonstrate impact.
• Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for new and existing employees.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in training, learning & development, or talent development, preferably in the F&B sector.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
