Trade Marketing Executive – Drive Sales & Retail Execution

About the role

As a Trade Marketing Executive you will act as the vital link between Sales and Marketing, ensuring that distribution strategies, promotions and retail execution are aligned to deliver measurable results for the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing plans that support sales targets.
• Coordinate promotional activities and in‑store executions with retail partners.
• Monitor and analyse retail performance data to optimise campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless product availability.
• Manage trade budgets and track ROI of marketing initiatives.
• Support new product launches with trade‑focused activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in trade or retail marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with the retail environment in Malaysia.
