About the role
The Test & Debug Engineer (RF) will serve as a critical link between design, production, and quality teams, delivering hands‑on engineering support on the manufacturing floor. This role focuses on ensuring RF products meet performance and reliability standards throughout the production process.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site testing and debugging of RF hardware during manufacturing.
- Collaborate with design engineers to resolve product issues identified on the floor.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to implement corrective actions.
- Document test results, failure analyses, and improvement recommendations.
Required profile
- Engineering background with experience in RF or electronic testing.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with cross‑functional teams.
