About the role

Alcon is seeking a Technician III to join its Molding & Tooling Engineering team in Malaysia. The role focuses on complex mold tooling design and plastic injection molding processes, supporting production efficiency while adhering to strict GxP regulations.

Key responsibilities

Execute highly complex tasks related to mold tooling design and injection molding operations.
Make technical decisions within defined procedures, applying advanced problem‑solving skills.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain complete, accurate documentation.
Ensure rigorous quality control and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Complete all mandatory training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

3–4 years of experience in automation or electrical engineering.
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Basic experience with molding machines.
Ability to work within GxP regulated environments.
