About the role
The Technical Support Executive will lead a team responsible for maintaining the operational health of our machinery at Genting Highlands. This on‑site position ensures that all equipment runs smoothly and that daily support activities are carried out efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of support staff.
- Monitor machine performance and intervene promptly to resolve issues.
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working condition.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and report any recurring problems.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule preventive maintenance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in supervising technical or maintenance teams.
- Strong understanding of machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
