Technical Product Specialist - Medical Device

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Product Specialist to support our medical device portfolio in Kota Bharu. The role involves acting as the technical liaison between our established healthcare company and a top multinational partner, ensuring product performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support for medical devices to healthcare professionals and clients.
• Collaborate with the multinational partner on product training, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Assist the sales team with product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to drive product improvements.
• Travel within the region as required to support product launches and service activities.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in biomedical engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly for on‑site support.
