Talent Acquisition Specialist – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support end‑to‑end recruitment for the Global Business Services hub in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing strategy to onboarding, while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver recruitment strategies and frameworks aligned with service recipients.
• Gather local market talent insights, manage sourcing channels, and create internal candidate pools.
• Support relocation activities (secondment, delegation, domestic moves, repatriation) ensuring legal compliance.
• Maintain a talent pipeline, provide market insights, and track recruitment metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and digitalisation initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge documents and contribute to a competence hub.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology.
• 4‑5 years of experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing.
• Experience with world‑class HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse, large teams.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional Asian language is a plus.
