About the role
Entegris is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead on a 12‑month contract to drive its recruitment function in Kulim, Kedah. The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions ranging from technicians to senior management, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and supporting expatriate hiring processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, professional and managerial roles.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires are integrated efficiently.
- Manage expatriate recruitment processes, including visa and relocation support.
- Oversee talent acquisition administration, maintaining accurate records and metrics.
- Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of onboarding and expatriate hiring procedures.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
