About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in talent acquisition across multiple APAC markets, including Australia, China, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Taiwan. You will support the recruitment team in delivering end‑to‑end hiring services while developing a solid foundation in HR processes.

Key responsibilities

Deliver recruitment services for assigned regions, ensuring all deliverables meet the agreed service level agreements.
Handle administrative recruitment tasks and maintain confidential candidate information.
Collaborate with team members to provide professional customer service and resolve operational issues.
Identify and propose improvements to daily operational processes, contributing to productivity, efficiency and standardisation.

Required profile

Minimum graduate with a Bachelor’s degree.
Native or advanced proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin.
Fluent spoken and written English is preferred.
Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
